But I don’t sleep on my back. I’m a side sleeper, and I’ve never thought much about my feet being cramped under the covers. To be honest, I put the FOOTEEZ aside & didn’t think much of it.

Then I came down with the flu, which turned into a massive head cold. I was super busy with my life and really didn’t have time to slow down and take care of myself. You guess it – I kept getting worse.

I don’t like going to the doctor, so I took decongestants and tried to take it easy. I was sleeping 12 hours a night and taking afternoon naps, but I was still exhausted, which was very unusual for me.

I decided I had a good opportunity to catch up on my reading. Propped up in bed on a bunch of pillows and covered with several blankets and a quilt, I was pretty comfortable. I would read for a while, doze off, wake up, and read some more. After a couple of hours of this, my feet started cramping, like a charley horse in my feet – very painful and annoying! Then I realized that my heels hurt also, and I immediately thought of my FOOTEEZ. The heavy bed covers were causing my feet and toes to cramp! I was so miserable with my head and chest congestion that I hadn’t even realized my poor feet were uncomfortable.

I found the FOOTEEZ that I’d stashed in the closet, and within a few minutes it was in place. I raised it to the highest level & got back in bed. My feet felt better immediately! Propped on my pillows again, on my back, my toes could point straight up, and there was no more pressure on my heels. I realized the covers were raised up a little higher than they needed to be, so I adjusted the FOOTEEZ bar so that it raised the covers just enough so that I could wiggle my toes.

I’m better now, but the FOOTEEZ is still in place. My toes stay nice and warm under the little FOOTEEZ tent, and my feet really like the extra breathing room – even when I’m sleeping on my side. I highly recommend FOOTEEZ for anyone!
